Policy seeks to cover personal information of the enrolled users provided to
Auto Swift which includes the following:-
1. Personal information of the Covered
Persons related to
a) Government issued Identity Card
b) Selfie with associated company eye-card
2. Sensitive personal data or information
related to
a) Photos and Media
b) Location of the person

"Personal information" means
any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or
indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be
available with a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person.

"Sensitive
personal data or information"; of a person means such personal information
which consists of information of photos and location.
·
All
Information collected shall be used for the relevant lawful purposes connected
with various functions or activities related to services in which the Concerned
Person is interested.
·
The
Information shall only be shared with its internal organisation through which
the concerned person is directly associated and not be shared with any external
organisation unless the same is necessary to protect the interests or pursuant
to any requirement of law/regulations or any Government/court/other relevant
authority’s directions/orders.

Information
provided retained as long as the purpose for which such data were collected
continue for such period or for accounting requirements.
· The onus lies on the users registering on the App, that all the details entered by them are correct and they will never breach the trust of the Autoswift.
· Moreover they will not be involved in corrupt practices but if found guilty then they will be solely responsible for the cause and damages for any fraudulent caused at their end.
· Autoswift may amend this policy from time to time. If there is any substantial change that includes the changes in terms and conditions, use of personal information or any other aspect regarding the policy, the policy will be available while registering the App or follow the link:
